Role Responsibilities

  • Using a thorough understanding of our software’s logic, develop detailed product
requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and UI/UX designs.
  • Ensure alignment of product requirements with customer needs and business
objectives.
  • Perform data analysis to measure processes, outcomes and ad hoc analyses.
Present findings to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
to ensure successful implementation of product requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and
assist in building product backlog.
  • Actively participate in backlog grooming sessions to review and refine the product
backlog items.
  • Attend Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning,
Demo, Retrospective)
  • Work closely with the QA team to evaluate testing, ensuring product quality and
adherence to product requirements.
  • Advocate for user-centric product design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Compile, validate, and publish comprehensive product definition documents.
  • Leverage product analytics to evaluate, understand, and improve product usage

and impact for both clients and end-users.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, business, customers, competitors
and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of prior experience in Systems/Business analyst or Product Management
roles.
  • 1 years of prior experience in UI/UX design.
  • 1 years of prior experience performing data analysis and/or business intelligence
using SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. You are

an attentive listener and compelling explainer with the ability to focus on a
problem, ask the right questions, and gain expertise quickly.

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional and technical communication to both
technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong user experience instinct: you have delivered products that leverage UI/UX
principles.
  • Demonstrated experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, SQL, Looker,
UsabilityHub, Productboard, AdobeXD or Figma etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand needs
and translating them into clear software requirements.
  • Experience working at the intersection of hardware and software is a big plus.
  • Experience working at a startup is a plus.

Location

We are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, but have moved to an office-optional work
environment – so long as the successful candidate works on East Coast business hours.
Hybrid candidates preferred, remote candidates will be considered. You must be
authorized to work in the United States.
